Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Out-of-Gauge (OOG) Pricing Executive to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive pricing proposals for OOG and breakbulk cargo, liaising with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop cost-effective transport solutions for complex and oversized cargo shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements for OOG/project cargo shipments and develop pricing strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations and pricing proposals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and other vendors to gather accurate cost information for OOG shipments.
• Collaborate with the operations and commercial teams to ensure pricing reflects feasible and executable transport solutions.
• Monitor market rates and trends to keep pricing competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of quotes, rate sheets, and vendor tariffs.
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to optimize profitability and service delivery.
• Support sales and business development teams in responding to RFQs, tenders, and customer inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements for OOG cargo.
• Provide technical input on equipment needs (e.g., flat racks, open tops, heavy lift gear) for specific OOG shipments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in pricing or operations within logistics or freight forwarding, with specific exposure to OOG/project cargo.
• Strong understanding of OOG cargo handling, transport methods, and related equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar).
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, and global trade regulations.
• Experience working with global carriers and logistics vendors.
• Engineering or technical knowledge of heavy equipment or industrial cargo (a plus).

• Monitoring all accounts and ledgers and reporting system to ensure compliance with appropriate accounting principle and standard, statutory and regulatory requirements as per the company SOP.
• Record all transactions of payment accurately with bills matching.

Cash Payment:

• Verify the bills and cash requisition with manager approval to cash payment.
• Filling all vouchers with proper supporting documents.

Bank Payments:

• Verify the vendor SOA and release the payment accordingly with confirmation of reporting manager and update the records in system.
